Terms of Service | League Station

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the League Station website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

League Station is an NFL data analytics platform that provides historical and current-season player and team statistics in downloadable Excel format. The Service includes data packages, weekly updates, draft kit tools, and related analytical features designed for fantasy football and sports analysis.

3. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. League Station reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products & Purchases

All data packages and digital products are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Guest Checkout

Certain data packages may be purchased without creating an account ("Guest Checkout"). Guest purchases receive download links via email. If a guest purchases a product that includes weekly updates or an archive package, an account will be automatically created to facilitate ongoing access. Guests are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout.

6. Weekly Updates

Weekly update subscriptions provide updated data files during the active NFL season (typically September through January). Updates are delivered on a weekly basis, typically on Tuesdays. Weekly updates are an add-on product that requires a qualifying data package (Player, Team, or Combined). Full archive packages (2000–present) include weekly updates at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to data compilations, analytics tools, website design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of League Station or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchased data packages are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless a commercial license is separately obtained. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased data without written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased data without authorization
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. League Station does not warrant that the data will be error-free, complete, or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, League Station and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to League Station in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
